How Radiant Flo 888 LLC collects, uses, and protects your information.
Last updated 14 October 2026
Radiant Flo 888 LLC ("Radiant Flo," "we," "us") operates radiantflo.com. This page explains what we collect when you visit, what we do with it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, write to anya@radiantflo.com and we will answer personally.
We collect two kinds of information. The first is what you give us directly: your name and email address when you request a free guide, join a list, book a session, or contact us. If you tell us something in a form field or an application, we have that too.
The second is collected automatically as you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open, how long you stay, and the site or advert that sent you here. This comes from the analytics and advertising tools described below.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and move through the site. It sets cookies and sends Google information about your visit, including a device identifier and the pages you view. We use it to see which offerings people are drawn to, not to identify you personally. Google's practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can opt out across all sites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We use the Meta Pixel on this site. It tells Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram, that you visited a page here, and it allows us to show our offerings to people who have shown interest and to measure whether those adverts work. The pixel can match your visit to a Meta account if you have one. Meta's handling of this data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy. You can limit how Meta uses your activity from other sites in your Meta account settings, or switch the pixel off for this site entirely in Your Privacy Choices.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and many offer tracking protection that will stop both tools above. Blocking them will not break the site.
We honour Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, this site does not load the Meta Pixel at all. Nothing is sent to Meta, and you do not have to do anything else. You can also turn the Meta Pixel off yourself in Your Privacy Choices below, and that choice is remembered on this device until you clear your browser storage.
Our forms and email lists run on GoHighLevel, which stores your name, email address, anything else you enter, and a record of the emails we send you and whether you opened them. We use this to deliver the guide or resource you asked for and to send occasional notes about ceremonies, retreats, and offerings. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can also ask us to delete your record entirely by writing to anya@radiantflo.com.
Payments are processed by Stripe and by our booking providers. Your card details go directly to the payment processor and are never stored on our servers or seen by us. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, and the name and email on the order, which we keep as a business record. Stripe's handling of your data is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising in exchange for money. We do share it with the service providers named above, Google, Meta, GoHighLevel, and Stripe, so they can perform their function. We will also disclose information if the law requires it.
Meta's use of pixel data for its own advertising systems may be treated as "sharing" under California law. You can stop it on this site at any time in Your Privacy Choices, and we honour Global Privacy Control automatically.
We keep email list records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep payment and booking records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics data is retained according to the default periods set by Google and Meta.
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and where it came from, the right to request that we delete it, the right to correct it if it is wrong, the right to opt out of its sale or sharing, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of them, email anya@radiantflo.com with the request and the email address you used with us. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, which usually means replying from the address already on file. You can authorise someone to make a request for you by saying so in writing.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we do not sell personal information.
Use the control below to turn the Meta Pixel on or off for this site. Your choice is stored in this browser on this device and applies the next time a page loads. Google Analytics is not covered by this control; use your browser settings or the Google opt-out add-on linked above.
Checking your current setting.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted to our email list.
