What I bring is my own soul frequency, my channeling, and the ritual design of each experience. That, far more than any certification, is what people come to receive.
My spiritual journey began in 2014. For a long time I was both drawn to Kundalini energy and afraid of it, having heard of activations that turned lives upside down. That mix of fascination and caution lived in me for years before I ever stepped into the work.
In May 2024 a friend told me about a Kundalini Activation session. I went to receive one, and I felt amazing. Within that first week I received two more, felt Light Language wanting to come through, and felt more deeply connected to my soul than I ever had. Soon after, I was invited on a Kundalini retreat to Mount Shasta. That is where I truly cracked open, where my Light Language came fully online, and where the call to become a facilitator took hold.
I was first introduced to BodyTalk in 2014 and practiced part time, deepening my training and adding BodyIntuitive energy medicine over the years. I always loved working with the body and its systems, and I longed for a deeper spiritual practice. Kundalini Activation, with its ceremonial dimension, gave me exactly that.
I was trained and fully initiated as a facilitator by Kalidana in December 2024, and a few months later received Kundalini training with Jasmine Rose in Hawaii. The arc continued through my own retreats at Mount Shasta for Lions Gate and the 11:11 Portal, and a pilgrimage through the temples of Egypt that connected me with the blue lotus and a new level of embodiment.
The work I offer is transmission based. You do not learn a technique. You cross a threshold. I design each person's journey as a sacred ritual, which is what allows them to drop into the higher realms of their own inner world.
It is also grounded and integrative. Much of the transformation continues to unfold in the days and weeks after a session. The container is safe and held, with no psychedelic influence, no performance, and no guru energy. You arrive whole. My work is to create enough safety and space for what your body already knows to surface.

Certified as a Rose Priestess and initiated as a Priestess of Isis through the Temple of Magdalene.
First Kundalini Activation, followed quickly by Mount Shasta, where Light Language came online and the call to facilitate took hold. Trained and fully initiated as a Kundalini Activation facilitator by Kalidana in San Diego.

Pilgrimage through the temples of Egypt along the Nile, connecting with the blue lotus. Stepping fully into Radiant Flo as a vocation, and leading my first international retreat in Tulum with my partner Bre Hamideh, together co-founders of Her Sacred Rebirth Retreats.
Every client is met as a whole, intelligent being who already holds their own answers. I facilitate rather than direct, fix, or prescribe.
The body knows before the mind does, and holds what words cannot reach. The work trusts that intelligence completely.
