Her Remembrance

A women's circle is the oldest technology there is: women in a room, telling the truth, holding what is said. Her Remembrance brings that circle online and gives it breath and energy to move with.

Bre guides the breath. Anya holds the Kundalini Activation. In between there is silence, a question, and the quiet company of women across time zones doing the same thing on their own floors. It is for the woman reclaiming her body and her intuition, for the one in transition, and for the one who simply needs an hour that is hers.

Anya and Bre created Her Sacred Rebirth, the women's retreat in Tulum, together. Her Remembrance is the monthly thread between those gatherings, and the gentlest way to meet their work.

The hour

• Arrive and settle. A word of welcome, a question to carry.
• Breath with Bre: conscious connected breathing to open the body.
• Activation with Anya: lie back, headphones on, and receive.
• Return. Water, a few words from anyone who wants to share, and close.
